Project Description:
I knew Target Eye during a probability test for a unique technology for the purpose of Information Security and remote computers surveillance for Law Enforcement agencies, during a series of meetings along several months including one intense week. The Target Eye team have a deep knowledge in the area of low level software development using c++, including MFC, and interfacing with the Windows OS (Win32 API), as well as interfacing various communication protocols. During the encounter with Target Eye, I have first of all found people who were always happy to provide information, prepare additional presentations for our client and at any meeting, we got the impression that the Target Eye people did their homework. I recommend any company who needs a software system in the scope of expertie of Target Eye to hire them.
